Handling Discouragement
You will have bad days. Bad weeks. Even bad months. Here’s how to handle them.
The Bad Day Protocol
| Feeling | Action |
|---|---|
| “No one is buying” | Check: Did I contact 5 new people today? Did I follow up? Usually, the problem is volume, not product. |
| “I’m not good at this” | Re-read Module 3. Practice your pitch. Record yourself. Improvement comes from repetition. |
| “My team is inactive” | Call them individually. Find out what’s blocking them. Coach, don’t criticize. |
| “Someone said no” | Celebrate the no. It means you’re in the game. Next, yes is closer. |
| “I’m tired” | Rest for one day. But only one. Come back stronger tomorrow. |
