Strategy 1: The Testimonial Approach
Instead of telling prospects about the opportunity, show them proof.
Post this on your social media:
“Last week, my team member [Name] made their first ₦50,000 sale. Three months ago, they didn’t know what SEO was. Today, they’re earning weekly commissions. MegaBizBooster works when you work. Who’s ready to learn?”
Then DM everyone who likes or comments:
“Thanks for the love on my post! Are you curious about what [Name] is doing? Happy to share.”
Strategy 2: The Challenge Approach
Create a 7-day challenge for potential recruits.
Post:
“7-DAY INCOME CHALLENGE: I’ll teach 5 serious people how to earn their first ₦10,000 online this week. No experience needed. Just commitment. Comment ‘ME’ if you’re in.”
Day 1: Send them Module 1
Day 2: Check their understanding
Day 3: Help them pick a product
Day 4: Role-play their pitch
Day 5: They make their first outreach
Day 6: Celebrate wins, coach through rejections
Day 7: Close: “You’ve seen what’s possible. Ready to join officially?”
Strategy 3: The Referral Loop
Ask your existing recruits for their contacts.
“You’re doing great. Who do you know who also needs extra income? Someone hardworking, teachable, and serious? If they join and perform, I’ll give you a bonus [or recognition].”
Why this works: Your recruits know people you don’t. Their friends trust them. This is how networks grow exponentially.
Strategy 4: The Event Approach
Host small gatherings — physical or virtual.
Physical: “Coffee and Business Chat” at a local café. Invite 5–10 prospects. Share your story. Answer questions. Sign up interested people.
Virtual: Zoom or WhatsApp call. “30 Minutes to Learn How Digital Marketing Can Change Your Income.” Share screen, walk through the course, Q&A at the end.
Key: Keep it short. Keep it valuable. Don’t pressure. Let the opportunity sell itself.
