Supervisor Level: Your First Promotion
This is your first major milestone. It changes how you earn forever.
When It Happens
When you invite the 6th person who meets the performance requirement.
The Performance Requirement
| Metric | Minimum | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | 3 product sales | Shows consistent daily activity |
| Monthly | 10 product sales | Shows sustained commitment |
Important: The 6th person must be confirmed — meaning they actually hit these numbers. Not just signed up. Not just “interested.” They must sell.
What Changes at the Supervisor Level
Before Supervisor (AM Level):
| Group | How You Earn | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Group 1 (1st–5th) | 5% on each individual sale | Mr. B sells ₦100,000 → you earn ₦5,000 |
Â
After Supervisor:
| Group | How You Earn | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Group 1 (1st–5th) | 2.5% gross on entire group volume | Group 1 total sales = ₦2,000,000 → you earn ₦50,000 |
| Group 2 (6th–10th) | 5% on each individual sale | Mr. G sells ₦100,000 → you earn ₦5,000 |
Understanding “Gross” vs. “Individual”
Individual Commission (5%):
-
You track each person’s sales separately
-
Mr. B sells ₦50,000 → ₦2,500
-
Mr. C sells ₦30,000 → ₦1,500
-
Mr. D sells ₦20,000 → ₦1,000
-
Total: ₦5,000
Gross Commission (2.5%):
-
You don’t track individuals
-
You track the total group sales volume
-
Group 1 total = ₦200,000 (from any combination of people)
-
Your 2.5% = ₦5,000
But here’s the power: Gross includes everyone in the network, not just your direct recruits.
The Network Effect: Why Gross Is Better
Imagine your Group 1 structure:
plain
You (Supervisor)
├── Mr. B (your 1st invite)
│ ├── Mr. B1 (Mr. B's invite)
│ └── Mr. B2 (Mr. B's invite)
├── Mr. C (your 2nd invite)
│ ├── Mr. C1 (Mr. C's invite)
│ ├── Mr. C2 (Mr. C's invite)
│ └── Mr. C3 (Mr. C's invite)
├── Mr. D (your 3rd invite)
├── Mr. E (your 4th invite)
└── Mr. F (your 5th invite)
└── Mr. F1 (Mr. F's invite)
└── Mr. F1a (Mr. F1's invite)
Â
At AM Level (5% individual):
-
You only earn on Mr. B, C, D, E, F’s direct sales
-
You earn nothing from B1, B2, C1, C2, C3, F1, F1a
At Supervisor Level (2.5% gross):
-
You earn on everyone’s sales in Group 1
-
B1, B2, C1, C2, C3, F1, F1a — all their sales count toward the group total
-
If the entire network generates ₦5,000,000 this month, you earn 2.5% of ₦5,000,000 = ₦125,000
This is the power of depth. Your team builds teams. Those teams build teams. Gross captures it all.
Supervisor Earnings Example
Month at Supervisor Level:
| Income Source | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Direct Sales | You sell ₦300,000 in services × 25% | ₦75,000 |
| Group 1 Gross | Group 1 network sells ₦3,000,000 × 2.5% | ₦75,000 |
| Group 2 Individual | Mr. G, H, I, J, K sell ₦600,000 total × 5% | ₦30,000 |
| Total Monthly |  | ₦180,000 |
Â
Compare to AM Level (same activity):
| Income Source | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Direct Sales | ₦300,000 × 25% | ₦75,000 |
| Group 1 Individual | Mr. B-F sell ₦500,000 × 5% | ₦25,000 |
| Group 2 | — | ₦0 |
| Total Monthly |  | ₦100,000 |
Supervisor earns ₦80,000 more from the same underlying business activity.
