Who to Recruit

Not everyone is a good recruit. The wrong person wastes your time. The right person builds your empire.

The Four Ideal Recruit Types

Type 1: The Hustler

Who they are: Already selling something. Clothes. Cosmetics. Real estate. Insurance. They know how to talk to strangers, handle rejection, and close deals.

Why they succeed:
  • Sales skills transfer. If they can sell a ₦50,000 wig, they can sell a ₦50,000 website.
  • They understand commission motivation. They already work for percentages.
  • They have customer relationships. Their existing buyers are potential MegaBizBooster clients.
Where to find them:
  • Market vendors
  • Instagram sellers (check #pagesbydami, #smallbusiness tags)
  • Real estate agents
  • Insurance marketers
  • Multi-level marketing veterans (who want a REAL product)
Your pitch:
“You’re already great at selling. But you’re selling other people’s products for thin margins. What if you sold high-demand digital services for 25% commission? One website sale = more than 10 wig sales. And you can build a team that earns you passive income.”

Type 2: The Networker

Who they are: Everyone knows them. They have 5,000 Facebook friends. Their WhatsApp status gets 200 views. They’re invited to every event. They seem to know someone in every industry.

Why they succeed:
  • They don’t need to find prospects. They already have thousands of contacts.
  • Their recommendation carries weight. People trust their endorsements.
  • They can recruit others easily. Their network becomes their team.
Where to find them:
  • Social media influencers (even micro-influencers with 1,000–5,000 followers)
  • Community leaders
  • Event organizers
  • Church/mosque youth leaders
  • Popular classmates or former colleagues
Your pitch:
“You have something most people don’t — a powerful network. But right now, that network isn’t making you money. What if every person in your contact list could become a potential customer or team member? I can show you how to monetize your network ethically.”

Type 3: The Learner

Who they are: They want to start an online business but don’t know what to sell. They watch YouTube videos about “how to make money online.” They’ve tried dropshipping, freelancing, or forex but haven’t found their footing.

Why they succeed:
  • They’re hungry. They want this to work.
  • They’re teachable. They follow instructions because they know they need to learn.
  • They have time. Many are students or unemployed, willing to invest hours.
Where to find them:
  • University campuses
  • Youth corps members (NYSC)
  • Unemployed graduates
  • Facebook groups about “online business” or “side hustles”
  • Twitter/X threads about making money
Your pitch:
“You’ve been trying to figure out online business on your own. I’ve been there. The problem isn’t your effort — it’s that you don’t have a product, a system, or training. MegaBizBooster gives you all three. You don’t create anything. You just sell what already works. And I’ll teach you how.”

Type 4: The Professional

Who they are: They have a good job but want extra income. They’re accountants, teachers, nurses, bankers, or civil servants. They have credibility, discipline, and professional contacts.
Why they succeed:
  • Credibility sells. When a banker recommends a service, people listen.
  • They have quality contacts. Other professionals, business owners, decision-makers.
  • They’re consistent. Their job trained them to show up daily.
Where to find them:
  • Your former workplace
  • Professional associations (accountants, lawyers, engineers)
  • LinkedIn
  • Alumni groups
  • Church/mosque professional fellowships
Your pitch:
“Your salary is good, but is it enough? What if you could earn an extra ₦100,000–₦300,000 monthly without quitting your job? You already have professional contacts who need websites, design, and digital marketing. You just need to offer it to them.”

Who NOT to Recruit

Red Flag Why Avoid
The Dreamer Talks big, does nothing. “I’m going to be rich!” but never makes a sale.
The Complainer Blames everyone for their failures. “The product is too expensive,” “No one wants to buy.”
The Know-It-All Won’t follow the system. Thinks they have a better way. Fails because they don’t learn.
The Desperate Needs money tomorrow. Quits when they don’t get rich in a week.
The Skeptic Joins but constantly doubts. Their negativity poisons the team.

Better to recruit 5 quality people than 20 poor ones.
