Exercise 4: Category Design
Organize your catalog into 5-7 categories. Name them in words customers actually use. Test by asking a friend: “Where would you look for ?” See if they choose the right category.
Exercise 5: Commerce Flow Test
Complete your own checkout process as if you were a customer. Time each step. Identify friction points. Fix them.
Exercise 6: Strategy Selection
Decide: Is your business better suited for a multi-product catalog, a single-product focus, or a hybrid approach? Write one paragraph explaining your choice and how you will implement it.
