Customer Journey Mapping
Customer journey mapping traces the complete path from first awareness to loyal retention. Understanding this journey helps you design appropriate conversion experiences at each stage.
The Six Stages of the Customer Journey

Designing for Each Stage
Different stages require different content, offers, and conversion mechanisms. A visitor in the awareness stage should not see a hard sales pitch. A visitor in the intent stage should not see only educational content.
Map your existing content and conversion points to each stage. Identify gaps where you lack appropriate experiences. Build specific landing pages, email sequences, and offers for each stage.
