Exercise 1: Systems Audit
List every task you personally performed in the last month. Categorize each as:

Must remain with you (strategic only)
Create a 90-day plan to move tasks from “must remain with me” to “automated” or “delegated.”
Exercise 2: Automation Plan
Identify your five most time-consuming repetitive tasks. For each:

Describe the current manual process

Identify automation tools that could handle it

Estimate setup time and ongoing time savings

Prioritize by time savings divided by setup effort
Exercise 3: Team Structure Design
Draw your ideal team structure for 12 months from now. Include:

Roles and responsibilities

Hiring sequence (which roles first, second, third)

Estimated costs and timeline
Identify which current team members might grow into new roles.
Exercise 4: Value Ladder Expansion
Map your current offerings on the value ladder. Identify gaps where you could add:

A premium upgrade

A continuity or membership offering

A high-touch enterprise solution
For each potential addition, estimate development effort and revenue potential.
Exercise 5: Partnership Opportunity Assessment
List three potential strategic partners. For each, evaluate:

Capability complement

Cultural compatibility
-
Potential risks
Select your top priority partner and draft an initial outreach approach.
Exercise 6: Scaling Readiness Score
Score yourself 0-2 on each of the six readiness criteria:

0 = Not addressed

1 = Partially addressed
-
2 = Fully addressed
Total your score. If below 8, identify the two criteria that would most improve your readiness and create action plans for each.
