- For services purchased with discounts or promotional offers, 65% of the product’s or service’s listed price on MegaBizBooster pages/websites will be deducted from the actual discounted amount paid.
- 70% of the main service price will be refunded for any delectable or declinable service if MegaBizBooster cannot complete the service task or meet the turnaround time (TAT) stated in the product or service details.
- 95% of the total charge will be refunded if the request is placed within 24 hours.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
- Customers requesting a refund must provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with any relevant supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate their claim.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to subjective opinions, such as personal preferences or changes in customer priorities after the service has been initiated.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To ensure fairness and clarity, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The digital product or service was purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotional bundle or third-party sales.
- The customer did not provide accurate or sufficient information required to deliver the service.
- The service has already been initiated or completed, whether partially or fully.
- The request does not comply with the outlined refund request timeline or criteria.
